Opened in 1967, The Greenbriar Inn is an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space located in the north Boulder countryside and nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The surrounding 20 acres features two ponds, striking woodland and thriving produce, herb, and flower gardens. The cuisine focuses on seasonal, American classics and is complimented by a 900 label award-winning wine cellar.

Incredible brunch! The prime rib is perfectly medium rare and so flavorful. Eggs Benedict and super crispy bacon are wonderful. All the pastries are made on the premises. The croissants are so buttery and delicious. The champagne, St. Michelle from the state of Washington, is quite good and free flowing. Service is impeccable. A beautiful setting and a warm, comforting ambiance. A superb dining experience.

The Sunday brunch here is amazing... definitely go for the mimosas!! I was so impressed with not just the food selection but the fact that their are great vegetarian options that i decided to reserve christmas dinner here!! We have a vegetarian in the family and i wanted to make sure they gave the vegetarian options as much care as the meat ones!! It’s expensive... sure... but a real treat to go here. I just went here for brunch again with some friends on 12/2019 and holy crud was the service and food amazing!! We had Antony the bartender and he was a great server!! Friendly and attentive! Would add another star if i could!!

Our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at the Greenbriar Inn was wonderful! It was completely planned over the phone. Kathi Jo and all of the staff seamlessly filled in details and made helpful suggestions. The food was great! A beautiful setting was the perfect place to give all of our family and guests special memories.

From the front of the house to the back, you won't find a better place for amazing menu options and service. The attention to detail is always a priority. The management staff is visible and always supporting the staff and their guests. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had our small intimate wedding of 8 people with a three course dinner and drinks here in February. The entire event went smoothly and it was made even better by Anthony, our server. It's an art to be able to make a group of people laugh with every interaction, flambe Bananas Foster, and know when the small talk was over and we wanted to be left alone. Anthony was the perfect balance of all of these combinations. He really did a wonderful job of helping keep the energy going, knew exactly when to come in for drink refills, and made our dinner so incredible. It was such a joy to have him around I really wished he could have enjoyed a drink with us. Thank you again for making our day that much more special. 10 out of 10 would recommend eloping and using Greenbriar Inn for food and ceremony location. The Beef Wellington was delicious, the glaze on the pork was a perfect pairing, and when my husband and I come back to CO we are making a stop here. Thank you again.
